William Lee Spicer shared video of what appears to be a tornado in Kearney, Missouri.

"Right behind our house first ever tornado drop!!," Spicer wrote in a Facebook post.

The National Weather Service office in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill warned early Tuesday of possible tornadoes in Clay County, Missouri, which includes Kearney.

"Widespread severe storms are possible this afternoon and evening. Hazards include strong to damaging winds, large hail, and a few possible tornadoes," the NWS said. "Flash flooding is possible tonight into Wednesday morning."
